I was hit by an intense snack attack last night so I walked down to the local "kombini" (convenience store) to browse the offerings. Kombinis are very popular in Japan but they're much different than in the States. They're very clean and their ready food section is really tasty! You can get a quick lunch for very cheap without sacrificing taste.I really wanted ice cream and I ended up with a perfectly sized snack cup of Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. I usually opt for coffee because that is my pop's favorite sweet of all time but I ended up with Banana Chocolate Cookie. Banana ice cream (yum!), chocolate syrup (oh yeah!) and Oreo cookie bits (genius!).
